Work on incident analysis, root cause identification, and permanent fixes
Should have Strong GW InsuranceSuite and PolicyCenter, Functional Knowledge /flow
Having Certifications are added advantage
Should be flexible to take up any given tasks
Should have hands-on with PolicyCenter Requirement gatherings, fulfilling Business needs, Agile Modeling (Epics/JIRA Cards), RFCs etc
Should be right fitment to work in onshore/offshore model (team player)
