Responsibilities
Handle personal injury cases from pre-suit transition through litigation and resolution
Draft pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and legal memoranda
Conduct depositions, attend hearings, and participate in mediations
Communicate with clients consistently and professionally
Evaluate claims and negotiate settlements with insurers
Support trial preparation alongside the trial team when needed
Work collaboratively with legal staff to advance case strategy
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school
Member in good standing with the Florida Bar
3-5 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
Strong written and oral advocacy skills
Excellent negotiation and case management abilities
Collaborative yet able to manage caseload independently
Preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
