Responsibilities
Architect and develop scalable backend services using C#/.NET and Python, with occasional full-stack work in Node.js and Angular
Integrate agentic AI and RAG features into ERP workflows, ensuring reliability, auditability, and human-in-the-loop design
Collaborate with Product Management, UX, and Labs teams to define and deliver innovative product features
Implement observability tools including logging, metrics, tracing, dashboards, and readiness checks for production systems
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, feature flags, and safe deployment practices while improving developer experience
Translate customer workflows into AI-native experiences with clear guardrails, evaluation harnesses, and risk controls
Mentor peers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing to foster a culture of technical excellence
Qualification
Required
5+ years' experience in full-stack software engineering or product development
3+ years' experience mentoring engineers or leading technical efforts
Strong proficiency in C#/.NET and Python for backend development
Expertise in cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and modern DevOps practices
Applied experience with agentic AI systems, RAG pipelines, LLMs, or AI workflow automation
Solid understanding of secure coding, observability, and scalable architecture
Experience integrating with ERP systems and workflows
Preferred
Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, and Node.js for full-stack development
Experience with ERP platforms in manufacturing or distribution
Hands-on knowledge of GenAI tooling, vector databases, and embedding pipelines
Background in data integration, ETL pipelines, and event-driven architectures
