Responsibilities
Have a vision and drive the delivery of the IAM-RBAC Product suite
Collect requirements from the business and partner with Engineering team to deliver features to the business
Have an agile mindset and deliver incremental value in sprints
Hands-on managing the Scrum board and backlog providing clear requirements in the form of jira stories
Participate and drive scrum ceremonies
Partner and drive consensus among various stakeholders including business users, ISOs
Manage junior staff
Collaborate with cross functional teams and communicate dependencies, risk
Qualification

Strong communication skills to promote critical wins and new behaviors throughout the organization
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Self-starter with a keen sense of ownership and commitment to work, and passion for delivering results
Preferred
Bachelor Degree (BS)
Experience working within Cybersecurity in large financial organizations
Leading teams of business analysts
Demonstrated experience in building IAM products
