Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and launch of new packaging solutions
Test new packaging components to ensure compliance with performance and regulatory standards
Assist engineers with daily tasks related to packaging development and validation
Write and maintain packaging specifications and documentation
Support packaging-related project activities and timelines
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in packaging processes and systems
Qualification
Required
An undergraduate student (sophomore, junior, senior) pursuing a degree in Packaging Engineering
Foundational understanding of packaging materials, formats, and processes
Comfortable working across teams and effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels
Eager to take on new challenges, quickly learn new systems, and apply knowledge to real-world projects
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred
Exposure to pallet design software such as CAPE or TOPS
