Institutional Futures Sales Director
Radley James is a global financial services organisation providing institutional clients with futures clearing, execution and risk management solutions. They are seeking an Institutional Futures Sales Director to originate, develop, and manage institutional futures clearing and execution relationships, focusing on revenue growth and long-term client partnerships.
Responsibilities
Onboarding and growing institutional futures clients using a multi-product platform
Driving new business through a structured sales plan, industry events and targeted networking
Managing an active book of trading relationships, including revenue, margin and risk oversight
Partnering with risk, operations and product teams to deliver consistent, high-quality client service
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in institutional futures or FCM sales with established client relationships
Strong understanding of futures markets, clearing and execution
Commercial mindset with experience managing revenue, risk and return on capital
Excellent analytical, communication and relationship-management skills
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; Series 3 required
