Responsibilities
Troubleshooting data issues and discrepancies
Data gathering, testing, loading, mapping, and maintaining regular data feeds
Reviewing our website, excel based datasets, and SQL code and data tables to ensure accuracy of all metrics and mapping
Review data across all customers to ensure consistency and data accuracy
Collaborate with Engagement Team to meet customers’ needs and resolve concerns
Support new installations of PIVOT by gathering, reviewing, loading, and mapping data
Troubleshoot issues and surface inconsistencies for correction
Deliver analytical content for projects
Learn the PIVOT software, database structure, and all metrics calculated from the data provided by or customers
Participate in PIVOT team meetings to ensure positive delivery of PIVOT to our customers
Complete all required training requirements on an annual basis
Qualification
Required
2 or more years of applicable experience
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred
Advanced Excel skills
Demonstrated problem solving skills
Self-starter with ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Intermediate SQL skills
Experience in healthcare, preferably in clinical practice or physician economics
Demonstrated interest in healthcare performance improvement
Demonstrated capability to lead and show value from their efforts
Bachelor's Degree
