Manager Talent Business Partner (Hiring Event Manager)

Responsibilities

Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and sustain trusted partnerships with senior business leaders, talent acquisition, and HR stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with business objectives
Lead Strategic Projects: Deliver client-specified initiatives such as demand planning and forecasting, process mapping, DEI programs, hiring manager capability development, and assessment center facilitation
Communicate Insights and Strategy: Provide regular, insight-driven updates to stakeholders, including quarterly reviews, market trends, and service performance to influence talent strategy and operational decisions
Manage Demand Planning: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand hiring demand, share data-led insights, and ensure alignment with live hiring requirements
Ensure Delivery of Hiring Goals: Oversee fulfillment of demand plans for assigned business units, providing progress updates and addressing factors impacting delivery
Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to processes, technology, and services, maintaining a two-way communication channel for upgrades and innovations
Resolve Escalations: Act as the primary conduit for first-line escalations, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of client issues
Develop and Coach Team Members: Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and development conversations to build team capability and support growth
Optimize Resources and Performance: Strategically allocate resources, monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and adjust strategies to meet hiring targets and SLAs while maintaining compliance and governance standards
Promote Employer Brand: Champion the client’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to strengthen market positioning and enhance candidate experience
Identify Growth Opportunities: Flag potential business development opportunities or service scope enhancements to senior leadership
