Responsibilities
Must possess and maintain valid Pennsylvania Property and Casualty and Life and Health Agent’s Licenses
Develop leads using sources such as our member base plus, walk-ins, phone calls, internet leads, networking, and prospecting
Manage a pipeline of potential clients by actively maintaining leads through the sales process
Conduct a minimum of 50 prospecting calls each week and maintain proper documentation
Meet a Sales Closing rate of no less than 33% as well as other sales goals set by management
Be proficient in sales and quoting of all personal insurance products with the ability to educate customers
Assist Client Service Agents in complex customer service or carrier- related issues
Protect the confidentiality of all customer information
Ability to suggest products and services from all AAA Central Penn lines of business
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must possess and maintain valid Pennsylvania Property and Casualty and Life and Health Agent's Licenses
High school diploma or equivalent
A go-getter attitude and a love for sales
Stellar communication skills and a knack for building trust
A sharp eye for detail and a heart for helping
Preferred
Pennsylvania Property and Casualty and Life and Health Agent Licenses preferred but not required
