Responsibilities
Assist in preparation of certain schedules and disclosures used in SEC reporting (10-Q and 10-K)
Prepare quarterly earnings releases in collaboration with the Investor Relations department
Prepares thorough documentation to support SEC accounting schedules and workpapers
Analyzes peer disclosures and identifies reporting trends and areas of improvement
Suggests enhancements in department processes and procedures to increase efficiency and/or improve customer service
Assists with various aspects of the yearly audit
Assists with the implementation of various accounting standards and any impacts to financial statements and disclosures
Develops a good understanding of Key’s organization and products
Continues to develop knowledge base on existing and emerging issues in both accounting and banking
Other duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
1-3 years of financial reporting, public accounting, or other relevant experience
Strong analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as a member of cross-functional teams

Reporting and process improvement skills
