Responsibilities
Process and track purchase orders (POs) and requisitions, ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date
Assist with accounts payable tasks, such as entering invoices, verifying expenses, and organizing payments
Maintain and update vendor records to ensure all financial information is properly documented
Communicate with vendors regarding invoice status, payment inquiries, and documentation requests
Handle general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence related to financial operations
Review expense reports and financial documents for accuracy and compliance
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of accounting, finance, or procurement support, preferably within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industries
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar platforms)
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis)
Strong attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Familiarity with procurement or inventory management systems is a plus
