Responsibilities
Assist in the loading, unloading, and transportation of audio-visual equipment and materials to and from work sites
Prepare and organize work areas by setting up cables, mounts, and protective coverings for AV equipment installation or maintenance
Support Audio Visual Technicians during installation, testing, and repair tasks by providing tools, lifting, and positioning equipment
Clean and maintain AV equipment and storage areas to ensure proper operation and organization
Follow safety guidelines and procedures to prevent damage to equipment and injury to personnel
Perform routine tasks such as cable pulling, mounting support, and basic wiring under supervision
Qualification
Required
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must have a secret clearance
Must be willing to work extended hours including weekends and holidays as required
Must be a U.S. citizen
Must be able to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs)
Ability to work in various physical conditions, including confined spaces and elevated areas
Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and pre-hire drug test
Ability to effectively communicate with all team members
Ability to perform physical tasks involving lifting, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively under supervision
Good communication and teamwork skills to support technical staff
