Strong experience with AS/400 (IBM i) development
Hands-on knowledge of RPG/RPGLE, RxClaim, Synon
Experience with application support and modernization is a plus
Good communication and problem-solving skills
At least 8+ years of application development experience in RPG, RPGLE, and CL; Synon2/E (also known as COOL 2/E)
5+ years of experience with IBMi SQL
Proficiency in IBM X-analysis, ALDON, and Hawkeye
Proven track record of successfully completing several mediums to large scope projects
Proficiency in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and adept at problem determination and resolution through research and fact-finding
Experience with RxClaim or other PBM Adjudication systems is highly preferred
