Responsibilities
Primary scheduling in conjunction with the Director of Education
Oversee the technology operations
Serve on the administrative team to establish and maintain program policies and procedures that align with DESE regulations
Support classrooms as needed
Data collecting/reports
Safety standards include monthly environmental safety inspection
Work with the Campus director to oversee the implementation of our school wide initiative
Work with the Head of School to facilitate the day-to-day operations of the school and ensure a cohesive and unified school community
Facilitate daily scheduling and assigning staffing positions across campus to ensure appropriate coverage
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, counseling and psychology
Strong computer and organizational skills
Candidates must have classroom management experience in a special education environment
Significant experience working with students who require therapeutic interventions and support
Candidates should be highly organized, flexible, collaborative, and team oriented
Capable of working collaboratively as a team member and independently
Good interpersonal skills
Preferred
Master's degree in Education or related field
Drivers License
