They are seeking a highly motivated Event Manager & Promoter to manage and promote global online masterclasses and retreats, ensuring smooth and impactful sessions while expanding their reach.

Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and manage online masterclasses and retreats across global time zones
Create and execute promotion strategies to maximize attendance — organic, partnership, and paid campaigns
Coordinate all logistics: registration links, payment collection, reminders, tech setup, recordings
Partner with wellness studios, influencers, and communities to promote sessions and drive registrations
Manage attendee communication before, during, and after sessions
Track registrations, revenue, and follow-ups for high-ticket conversions
Assist in creating engaging social media content and promotional materials
Support the scaling of Antaha’s global wellbeing programs and Solace Spaces
Qualification
Required
Experience in event management, online workshops, webinars, or retreats
Strong digital marketing / promotion skills, including social media, email, and partnership outreach
Ability to coordinate across time zones and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Self-starter, solution-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently
Preferred
Passion for wellbeing, mindfulness, and transformational experiences is a plus
