Responsibilities

Drive the financial reporting process through the consolidation

Prepare monthly consolidation and financial reporting of GAAP and IFRS basis financial results

Lead and manage all month-end close activities

Cash management and cash flow forecasting

Analyze financial results to provide company-wide and business unit evaluations & variance analysis

Develop and standardize monthly dashboard reporting and establish KPI’s

Assess and redesign Reporting packages

Prepare financial reporting of GAAP and IFRS financial results

Research and apply new accounting regulations as required

Document and provide leadership on accounting policies and procedures to protect and maintain sound reporting controls

Knowledge of US GAAP reporting requirements

Identify areas of inefficiencies, redesign and implement process improvements

SEC Reporting

Support the company’s external reporting filings by preparing footnotes and MD&A

Integrate post-merger systems and reporting as needed

Support ERP Implementations and upgrades
