Entry-Level Business Development Representative

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate new business opportunities and support the sales team in achieving revenue goals.

Responsibilities
Prospect and Qualify Leads: Identify potential clients through research, outbound calls, emails, and social media engagement
Lead Generation: Schedule meetings and demos for senior sales representatives by engaging decision-makers and understanding their business needs
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and Nexterus solutions to effectively communicate value propositions
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns and improve lead conversion rates
Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity targets, including calls, emails, and qualified opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
