Trade FTRs and related congestion products across multiple ISO/RTO markets
Conduct research on power market fundamentals and congestion dynamics
Develop and implement new trading strategies and risk management approaches
Monitor and analyze trades, positions, and portfolio exposures
Collaborate with team members
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience as an FTR trader or in a closely related role
Strong working knowledge of at least one ISO/RTO market
Experience managing the full lifecycle of a strategy, including risk oversight
Proficiency in modeling, programming, and quantitative techniques
Strong analytical background, comfortable applying probability and statistics
Ability to make decisions under pressure in a fast-paced environment
