The Mental Health Therapist II provides comprehensive psychological and behavioral case management services, assessing and monitoring consumers' abilities to function in the community and ensuring they receive the necessary support for recovery.

Responsibilities
Provide diagnostic mental health assessments as well as individual, couple, and/or group psychotherapy
Develop treatment plans; monitor treatment progress and follow-up as clinically indicated
Facilitate the individual's growth and development with an emphasis on strengths, culture, resiliency, and wellbeing
Collaborate with internal and external partners to support the growth and development of those we serve
Facilitate the coordination of services for individuals with supplemental needs in psychiatric, case management, and medical domains
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation consistent with WellPower standards
Participate in team/department meetings, trainings, and supervisory sessions as required
Maintain a trauma informed environment of wellbeing
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or other human services field required
Preferred
Licensed or within 6 months of licensure preferred
1 to 2 years of experience in mental health or human services preferred
