Responsibilities
Conduct regular assessments to ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations, standards, and best practices
Interpret and analyze regulatory requirements, including GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, NIST, and other relevant frameworks
Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate cybersecurity risks and achieve compliance objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify security gaps and recommend remediation measures
Monitor and report on compliance status, including audits, assessments, and security reviews
Assist in developing and implementing security awareness training programs for employees
Stay informed about emerging cybersecurity threats, trends, and regulatory changes
Participate in incident response activities as needed, including investigations and post-incident reviews
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as a Compliance Analyst, preferably in cybersecurity
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, regulations, and compliance frameworks
Hands-on experience with regulatory requirements such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, NIST, etc
