Responsibilities
Provide expertise in the Workday Time Tracking & Absence product suite
Show confidence leading the following as a member of a deployment team: gathering and documenting client business requirements, providing Workday best practices, designing and configuring the Workday solution, demonstrating configurations through the development of prototypes, assisting in testing the Workday solution, and completing knowledge transfer to clients
Assist, as needed, the data conversion team in converting legacy data into Workday
Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions
Mentor new consultants on Absence product knowledge and strive for continuous learning in the Time Tracking & Absence product area
Communicate clearly and concisely and collaborate effectively and harmoniously on team-based projects
Resolve complex tasks/requirements when other team members need support
Maintain clients’ ongoing satisfaction, ensuring PTG is referenceable and referable once in production
Provide accurate and timely status reports to the project managers keeping them apprised of overall project status
Innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively
Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications
Identify problem components, analyze patterns, remove inefficient configurations or processes keeping workday best practices in mind, and construct maintainable solutions that are scalable to ongoing client needs
Qualification
Required
Current WD Time Tracking & Absence Certification
2+ years configuring and implementing Workday Time Tracking & Absence Solutions
Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
Previous experience deploying Workday Time Tracking & Absence for both Large & Medium enterprise clients with another Workday partner
Full cycle implementation experience required
Passion for providing exceptional customer service
Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
Preferred
Higher Education customer implementation experience preferred
Experience implementing for other Public Sector clients a plus
