Responsibilities
Advanced Electrical System Design: Lead complex PCB designs, circuit development, and embedded system integration
Mentorship & Technical Guidance: Provide mentorship to junior engineers by reviewing circuit designs, assisting with debugging, and offering guidance on best practices in electrical engineering. Encourage professional growth and knowledge-sharing within the team
Firmware & Software Development: Develop embedded system firmware and software solutions for electrical applications
Automation & Control Systems: Design and implement advanced PLC and DCS applications for automation and process control
System Integration & Optimization: Lead efforts to integrate electrical and software components, ensuring efficiency and reliability
Innovation & Research: Introduce new technologies, materials, and methodologies to enhance electrical design capabilities
Technical Leadership: Support project planning, feasibility assessments, and contribute to Statements of Work during the sales process
Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure designs adhere to industry standards and company quality requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
7+ years of experience in electrical design, system integration, and automation
Expertise in PCB design and circuit development
Proficiency in multiple programming languages (C, C++, Python, Java, or equivalent)
Experience with industrial automation and control systems (PLC/DCS programming)
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software
High level of technical proficiency in power management and circuit design using Altium
Full-time, onsite collaboration is essential for team integration
Preferred
Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
