Senior Finance Manager, Sales Finance FP&A

Responsibilities
The role provides opportunities to learn the U.S. sales organization structure and Business Unit categories
Assist with the planning, forecasting, and consolidation processes in support of the Business cycle, Annual Operating Plan, and Company Strategy
Produce weekly and monthly reporting documents and automate reports to support Rituals & Routines
Monitor and analyze variances across all customer and category combinations; perform PVM analysis monthly on all results; provide reporting to senior management
Support customer P&L activities by providing analytical support on business results, including SKU level profitability metrics, trade forecast accuracy, demand drivers, and industry trends amongst many others
Represent Sales Finance in many company-wide process improvement initiatives and leverage best practices to improve, streamline, and harmonize internal practices
Maintain accuracy of data in a time-sensitive environment for a blend of regular routines and ad-hoc requests
Significant ad hoc opportunities for continuous growth and learning
Qualification
Required
BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other related field required
5+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting required
Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
Strong financial analytics background in a large commercial organization
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Capable of managing tight deadlines, above average organization, ability to work and deliver materials with minimal supervision
