Responsibilities

Working knowledge of university policies that apply to industry contract proposal preparation; submission and processing
Working knowledge of university department structures, accounting systems and fund management models
Demonstrated ability to draft and review contracts in an academic, non-profit, corporate or legal environment
Demonstrated experience with data entry and data integrity responsibilities
Demonstrated ability to manage a heavy workload while identifying priority situations and meeting deadlines
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with campus community and funding entity staff
Ability to gather information in order to analyze complex issues and formulate logical and objective conclusions and alternative solutions
Ability to work independently as well as work effectively in a group
Proven ability to present information and compose concise, logical, and grammatically correct oral and written communications
Demonstrated computer skills for word processing, email, etc
