They are seeking a Founding Engineer / Technical Co-Founder to take ownership of early technical decisions, build product versions, and work closely with the founding team.

Responsibilities

Build and iterate on early versions of a consumer-facing product
Translate loosely defined problems into usable product flows
Make pragmatic technical decisions optimized for speed, learning, and iteration
Own the technical build from MVP through early traction
Collaborate closely on product direction, roadmap, and long-term architecture

Required

Strong full-stack engineering experience
Background building consumer products with real users
Product-minded approach (UX, usability, retention)
Comfortable working in early-stage, low-structure environments
Bias toward shipping, testing, and learning quickly

Preferred

Experience in sports tech, media, marketplaces, or fan-facing platforms
Familiarity with analytics, experimentation, or engagement metrics
Prior early-stage startup experience
