Responsibilities

Manage creative print projects from intake through final delivery

Partner with marketing and business stakeholders to gather requirements and clarify scope

Coordinate with in-house creatives and external partners / vendors as needed

Maintain timelines, priorities, and status updates across multiple projects

Balance competing requests and help manage expectations around scope, timing, and capacity

Ensure quality and consistency across creative deliverables

Qualification

Creative project managementPrint production experienceDigital marketing familiarityProject management toolsCollaboration skills

Required

Experience in a creative agency or in-house creative team

Experience managing creative print projects such logos or brochures from concept through delivery

Experience supporting marketing or client-facing creative campaigns

Familiarity with digital, social, and print production workflows

Experience with project management tools (Workfront or similar)

Exposure to email or digital marketing initiatives
