They are seeking a Staff Accountant responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, processing accounts payable and receivable, and supporting general accounting operations.

Managing and maintaining financial records

Assisting with audits
Supporting general accounting operations
Reconciling bank statements
Preparing budgets
Collaborating with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
Qualification
Required
Strong accounting skills, including financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and budgeting
Proficiency in accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and ERP systems
Attention to detail and the ability to analyze financial data effectively
Knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and audit processes
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Preferred
CPA certification or relevant experience is a plus
