Responsibilities
Own and evolve core brand narratives, messaging frameworks, and positioning documents
Develop and maintain brand voice guidelines and communications playbooks
Ensure consistency of messaging across campaigns, launches, and regions
Enable internal teams (Marketing, Product, Sales, HR) with messaging toolkits, FAQs, and talking points
Partner with leadership to shape messaging for company initiatives, announcements, and milestones
Review and guide communications outputs to ensure alignment with brand standards
Partner closely with global brand and marketing teams in the U.S., Europe, and China to align messaging execution
Coordinate communications planning and timelines across teams
Act as a point of alignment for brand communications across functions
Support external communications efforts by providing messaging direction and content support
Review press materials and announcements for brand consistency and clarity
Define qualitative and quantitative indicators for brand communications effectiveness
Review performance data and provide recommendations for messaging improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field
5 to 8 years of experience in brand communications, marketing communications, or related roles
Proven experience developing brand narratives and messaging frameworks
Strong writing and editing skills across consumer and corporate formats
Experience working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience in consumer tech or consumer products
Experience supporting global or multi-regional teams
