Responsibilities
Lead discovery with Controllers, CFOs, and finance leaders to deeply understand workflows, pain points, and success metrics for Finance and Accounting AI
Own the roadmap for one or more product areas from problem definition through launch and iteration
Translate customer and business needs into clear problem statements, product requirements, and detailed user stories
Partner closely with Design and Engineering to scope, prioritize, and deliver high-quality product increments
Define and track product KPIs such as adoption, cycle time, user satisfaction, and accuracy or quality metrics
Work with GTM and Customer Success to support rollouts, enablement, and ongoing customer success
Collaborate with other PMs to ensure a cohesive experience across products and modules
Mentor junior PMs and analysts and contribute to product culture and best practices
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years in B2B SaaS
Direct exposure to operational finance and accounting processes; hands-on experience in a finance or accounting role is a plus
Proven track record of owning a product area end-to-end and delivering measurable business impact
Strong discovery, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience partnering with cross-functional teams across Product, Design, Engineering, and GTM
Comfort working in an early-stage, fast-changing environment
Preferred
Experience with AI or automation in finance or accounting is a plus
