Digital Experience Designer - Remote - Contract
Elevate Digital is seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented Digital Experience Designer to support client UI/UX work and the creation of marketing assets. The role involves translating strategy into polished, on-brand creative and requires a systems thinker who can balance design craft with speed, while thriving in iteration.

Responsibilities
Translate strategy and content into high-fidelity wireframes, page layouts, and UI components
Design intuitive, user-centered experiences with accessibility and responsiveness in mind
Build and evolve component-based design systems for CMS-driven websites (Storyblok, Contentful, etc.)
Partner with developers to ensure clean handoff: specs, annotations, interaction notes, and documentation
Support prototyping, user testing, and iterative improvements based on stakeholder and user feedback
Present concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients; incorporate feedback efficiently
Produce paid and organic social assets across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, YouTube), adhering to platform specs and brand guidelines
Design performance-oriented ad creative: multiple concepts, formats, and variants for A/B testing (statics, carousels, simple motion where applicable)
Create supporting campaign assets such as landing-page visual modules, email graphics, banners, and presentation visuals as needed
Maintain organized source files, naming conventions, and asset libraries for reuse and speed
Collaborate with Growth/Media and Content teams to align messaging, creative angles, and test plans
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of design experience in a digital agency, in-house creative team, or product environment
Strong proficiency in Figma (including Slides & Buzz) for UI systems and web design
Demonstrated experience creating paid social and/or digital ad creatives with attention to specs, formatting, and versioning
Experience designing for CMS-driven websites (Storyblok, Contentful, Shopify, WordPress) and component-based systems
Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and how design translates into build (HTML/CSS familiarity is a plus)
Portfolio required showing both: UI/UX work (web/app) and Marketing creative (paid/organic social, ads, campaign assets)
Preferred
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite a plus
