InternSWAN Financial Technologies is seeking a Strategic Development Analyst to support the ownership and executive team in identifying, researching, and developing strategic opportunities across sports, entertainment, and global financial ecosystems. This role is designed for a highly motivated and intellectually curious candidate seeking direct exposure to real world business development at a global fintech platform.

Responsibilities
Conduct research on sports organizations, leagues, federations, venues, and entertainment properties aligned with SWAN’s strategic objectives
Assist in mapping global markets, industry ecosystems, and potential strategic relationships
Support preparation of briefing materials, summaries, and internal strategy documents for leadership review
Coordinate and track outbound strategic communications under the guidance of the ownership team
Assist with organization and follow up of introductory conversations and relationship development initiatives
Participate in strategic planning discussions related to partnerships, market entry, and brand positioning
Support special projects as assigned directly by ownership and senior leadership
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college program and eligible to receive academic credit
Strong interest in business strategy, finance, sports business, or global markets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to operate with discretion
Comfortable working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
Professional presence and judgment when interacting with external organizations
