Participate in structured training program
Visit NIBCO manufacturing locations and give presentations on what was learned during these visits
Spend time job shadowing associates experienced in specific Human Resources areas
Give final presentations and complete a final test drawing upon the lessons, knowledge, and skills learned
Qualification
Required
0 – 2 years of academic – internship – work experience in Human Resources
Bachelor's Degree required in Human Resources or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated service orientation
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
Ability to learn and adhere to processes and policy
Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
Positive and solutions focused approach
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to travel
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
