Responsibilities

Customize and configure applications using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and related front-end technologies

Collaborate with solution architects to deliver secure, scalable, and reusable design solutions

Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to peer code reviews

Support client engagements, document technical requirements, and provide training as needed

Perform testing, debugging, and quality control with minimal supervision

Ensure solutions meet security and accessibility standards (e.g., Section 508)

Required

U.S. Citizenship is required

Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance

Bachelor's degree required

WebEOC experience required

5 years of professional experience in web development (JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS, JSON, XML, XSLT)

Minimum 2 years in a client-facing role

Strong experience writing test cases and troubleshooting complex technical issues

Experience working in Agile Scrum or Kanban environments

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills

Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions

Preferred

Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or other relational databases

Experience working within a customer's secure remote environment

Knowledge of emergency management systems or public sector IT

Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and automated testing tools

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and source control tools such as GitLab

Certified WebEOC Administrator, or willingness to obtain certification within 12 months of hire
