Manage transactions from inception through closing, exercising sound judgment and attention to detail
Collaborate with experienced attorneys across disciplines to deliver practical, business-focused solutions
Build strong client relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, and strategic insight
Qualification
Required
JD from an accredited law school
Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
At least 4 years of emerging growth and venture capital experience gained at a law firm
Experience representing both issuers and institutional investors in venture financings
Exposure to M&A transactions and advising growth-stage companies
Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
A collaborative mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced practice
