Responsibilities

Own end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) management in our ERP system

Collaborate with S2P, FP&A, and internal teams to ensure budget alignment

Monitor PO funding and follow up on invoices & exceptions

Validate invoices and reconcile discrepancies with vendors

Perform weekly financial reconciliations and support month-end close

Maintain organized financial records and assist with ad-hoc reporting

Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
