This role focuses on billing, authorizations, and insurance workflows and plays a critical part in ensuring accurate revenue capture as the organization continues to scale.

Responsibilities

Lead front-end billing operations, including billing workflows, authorizations, and payer requirements

Oversee billing processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance

Partner closely with peer directors and RCM leadership to support full-cycle revenue performance

Collaborate with offshore and onshore teams to ensure consistent execution of billing processes

Monitor billing KPIs, identify gaps, and implement process improvements

Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer guidelines

Support audits, training initiatives, and performance improvement plans

Bring a hands-on leadership approach while supporting organizational growth
