Responsibilities
Responsible for daily administrative operations to keep the office running efficiently
Receive incoming client calls, inquiries, and scheduling with professionalism and urgency
Place purchase orders the same day invoices are paid to meet shipping deadlines
Oversee the receiving of warehouse deliveries and ensure order accuracy
Coordinate sling production, including fabric ordering and sample approvals (24-hour turnaround)
Communicate proactively with customers regarding shipping and delivery
Manage daily delivery operations and coordination of driver schedules
Process check payments and maintain accurate financial records
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
1–3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role
Comfortable using email, Google Sheets, and administrative software
Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through without constant oversight
Preferred
Experience using QuickBooks Online
Experience creating or improving systems for organization and tracking
High School Diploma or equivalent
