Administrative Sales Specialist

Responsibilities
Support wholesale and DTC sales initiatives
Help build and maintain strong client relationships
Contribute to new business development in partnership with the wholesale sales team
Conduct trade shows
Perform monthly in-store check-ins
Support key wholesale platforms and processes such as updating the wholesale website
Monitor and manage Faire wholesale orders
Respond to customer service emails from the website
Oversee all dropship activity as part of the sales funnel
Respond to customer inquiries
Deliver exceptional service
Manage order entry under the supervision of the Sales Team
Collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve sales goals
Ensure APOTHEKE’s brand vision is represented across all wholesale operations
Qualification
Required
Customer-focused mindset with strong Customer Service and Communication skills
Proven experience in Wholesale and Sales, with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred
Experience in the luxury goods or fragrance industry is a plus
A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
