Kwik Trip, Inc. is seeking an experienced Payroll Technology Analyst to administer and configure their HRIS and Workforce Management software while processing payroll for over 39,000 coworkers. Responsibilities

Perform HRIS payroll related system tasks including HRIS and WFM configuration, testing, data maintenance, and managing workflows to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
Solve day to day operational problems of varied scope and responsibility including troubleshooting interfaces in and out of the HRIS and WFM systems
Investigate and propose solutions and improvements to processes within HRIS and WFM systems
Serve as project manager on project related requests which require new functionality or modifications to payroll related items in HRIS and WFM systems
Ensure data compliance with company policies and government regulations and enforcing Master Data Governance standards
Design and write ad hoc reports for management and external agencies using HRIS reporting tools
Assist in the implementation and testing of new HRIS and WFM systems, system upgrades and quarterly releases, programming changes, and other Payroll related duties

Required

Associate Degree or the equivalent work experience of 3+ years working with an integrated systems payroll environment, such as SAP and UKG
Overall understanding of payroll and post payroll process flows from point of data capture through gross to net calculations including garnishments, tax-withholding, retroactive pay, non-cash fringe benefits/awards etc. as well as strong knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations
Proficiency in Excel, process mapping, and ability to learn new technologies quickly
Strong work ethic, team player, high degree of professionalism, and ability to deal sensitively with confidential information
Ability to identify key stakeholders, communicate effectively, and successfully influence without authority. Experience developing and/or redesigning processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
Organizational, multitasking and prioritizing skills

Preferred

Working knowledge of SAP Success Factor and UKG Pro WFMs is preferred
