Responsibilities

Clear Titles: Review abstract title exams for liens, encumbrances, and judgments
Problem Solve: Take action to clear conditions using underwriting guidelines for all 50 states
Prepare Docs: Draft and review deeds and essential curative documentation
Collaborate: Partner with lenders, creditors, and counties to resolve title issues
Manage Pipeline: Keep orders moving smoothly within established SLAs

Qualification

Required

Mid-level expertise in title curative and real property transactions
Deep understanding of payoffs, property taxes, and lien extinguishment
Heavy research skills and high attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office and title-related platforms

Preferred

Experience with TX (TDI), FL, or GA is a huge plus!
