Amusement Service Technician

The Amusement Service Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing ATMs and amusement equipment, ensuring exemplary customer service and timely response to service calls.

Responsibilities

Respond to and troubleshoot service calls for equipment repairs in a timely manner

Interact with clerks, restaurant staff, management, and customers to solve issues as they arise

Provide exemplary customer service

Manage inventory to ensure parts are available when repairs are needed

Complete all necessary documentation for device entry and logs

Perform auditing procedures on amusement devices, dispensers, and ATMs

Qualification

Required

Great Customer Service

High school diploma or equivalent

Terminal Handler's License - costs covered by company

Ability to communicate effectively & follow written or verbal instruction

Strong organizational, problem-solving, analytical skills

Valid driver's license

Frequently required to lift/push weights up to 50 pounds

Preferred

Relevant experience preferred but not required – ATM, amusement, gaming or other electronic / mechanical aptitude (examples – HVAC, low voltage, cable, phone, internet, automotive)

Computer literacy helpful but not required
