Responsibilities

Receive incoming materials, verify quantities against purchase orders, and inspect for damage or discrepancies

Accurately store materials in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper labeling and organization

Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders according to customer specifications and shipping requirements

Operate various warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, in a safe and efficient manner

Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counting to maintain inventory accuracy

Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and securement of materials

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures

Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Lead

Utilize ERP systems to accurately track inventory and process orders

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding daily tasks and any potential issues

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required

Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly

Proficiency in operating pallet jacks and hand trucks; forklift certification a plus

Basic computer skills and familiarity with ERP systems or inventory tracking software

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Preferred

Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
