Responsibilities
Analyze and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories
Configure and support Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications
Manage Salesforce administration including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and security controls
Support Agile processes including backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives
Collaborate with business, QA, development, and product teams across time zones
Present functional designs and facilitate stakeholder discussions
Create and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and user guides
Qualification
Required
Minimum Experience: 12+ Years
Strong Salesforce functional and administrative expertise
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Copado DevOps
Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
Strong understanding of Salesforce security best practices
