Responsibilities

Lead a department or functional area with responsibility for day-to-day performance
Develop and coach teams to deliver high-quality work and strong customer experiences
Learn and apply RRP’s operating model across safety, quality, and execution
Gain exposure to in-home sales, partnerships, and customer-facing growth activities
Build financial acumen through budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews
Use data and KPIs to drive decisions and improve results
Partner with branch and regional leaders on operational improvements and growth initiatives
Prepare to step into a General Manager role once readiness is demonstrated

Required

Bachelor's degree; MBA highly preferred
Experience leading teams in an operational, service-based environment
Exposure to financial accountability, performance metrics, or sales enablement

Problem-solving mindset and comfort making data-informed decisions
Respect for skilled trades, restoration, construction, or similar industries
Willingness to relocate within the greater Baltimore area as the business grows
