Manage end-to-end compliance for US and Canada operations
Ensure adherence to US federal/state and Canadian federal/provincial labor laws
Oversee staffing compliance for W2, C2C, and subcontractor engagements
Review and manage MSA, SOW, NDA, and Pay-to-Pay agreements
Lead internal and client-driven compliance audits
Monitor regulatory changes and update internal policies accordingly
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations
Identify compliance risks and implement corrective actions
Conduct compliance training for operations, HR, and recruitment teams
Maintain documentation and support audit readiness at all times
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in operations, compliance, and audits
