Operational Key Account Manager

The Operational Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and fostering relationships with key clients to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction, overseeing operational processes, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize supply chain solutions.

Qualification
Required

Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, both independently and collaboratively
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is highly beneficial
Familiarity with sustainability initiatives and global operations is a plus
