Undergraduate degree in Engineering degree preferred
A minimum of fifteen (15) years related experience in engineering management, with average experience of 15-20 years
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to function within a project team
Will comply with all KBR and site safety policies and procedures
Willingness to travel to project sites, if necessary

Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing project challenges
Attention to detail and the ability to ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date
Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Proficiency in using standard office software like Microsoft Office Suite
