Remote Personal Lines Account Manager

They are currently seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to manage a book of personal insurance accounts, focusing on building client relationships and ensuring high-quality service.

Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day service needs for personal lines accounts
Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements
Handle renewals, remarketing, and coverage reviews as needed
Review policies and documents for accuracy and completeness
Issue certificates, ID cards, and proof of insurance
Communicate with clients regarding coverage options, billing, and policy questions
Work with carriers to resolve underwriting or service issues
Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system
Identify cross-sell and coverage improvement opportunities and communicate them to producers or sales staff
Qualification
Required
1–3+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience (agency or carrier)
Active Property & Casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain)
Knowledge of personal lines coverages (Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, etc.)
Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with agency management systems and carrier platforms
