Collaborate across functions to identify and implement cutting-edge tools, emerging technologies, and innovative equipment
Lead proof-of-concept projects, pilot programs, and equipment validation efforts
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in process and equipment engineering within the food, dietary supplement, or pharmaceutical sectors
Hands-on experience evaluating and deploying advanced manufacturing technologies
Proficiency with industrial software platforms, modeling, simulation, and process validation tools
Deep understanding of cGMP standards, lean methodologies, and risk analysis techniques such as FMEA
Demonstrated ability to lead proof-of-concept projects, pilot programs, and equipment validation efforts
Effective collaboration skills with vendors, suppliers, R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams
Problem-solving mindset and a creative approach to driving innovation from concept to scalable implementation
Experience working within cGMP environments
Willingness to attend industry expos, conferences, and ongoing educational opportunities
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively
Regular attendance and a proactive approach to team collaboration
Some travel may be required for vendor visits or industry events
Preferred
Familiarity with animal feed regulations
Experience with process control software development and customization
Background in designing for manufacturability and operational excellence
Proven success in managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field)
7-10 years of relevant experience in process or equipment engineering, with a focus on emerging technologies in food, supplements, or pharma industries
