Responsibilities
Assist technical teams in developing computer-aided drafting and design solutions for a variety of projects
Prepare and revise engineering drawings of basic electrical components from sketches, layouts, or redlines
Assist with the preparation and revision of plot drawings
Ensure all work complies with company, client, and discipline-specific drafting standards and procedures
Support drafting design and documentation efforts across multiple projects
Utilize standard drafting and detailing software to complete assigned tasks
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to drafting quality and efficiency
Research project-related issues and recommend solutions to basic design problems
Perform other duties as assigned
Comply with all company policies, procedures, and applicable standards
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree in CADD, Drafting, or a related field required
Minimum of 1 year of relevant drafting or CAD experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and motivated to grow professionally within the field
